Propper villans is a woman-owned, boutique content studio that delivers creative across every platform with partners, crew, and connections across the globe, each project is staffed with women, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ storytellers… And we’re just getting started!

Storytelling may be a buzzword now, but the art of it is more important than ever. Over the decades, I’ve seen the right people not have access to the right jobs. I’ve seen incredible stories never find a home. I’ve seen legacy contracts take precedence over innovation and efficiency. I’ve seen talented and passionate storytellers denied access to the right platforms to showcase their vision.

I founded Proper Villains to change that.

When you hire a traditional partner, you get their people – whether for a car commercial, a cooking show, a tech op-ed, or a fashion blog. But no story is the same. Each narrative, CTA, platform, and visual style is unique. Just like the storytellers themselves. So why not let the nuances of the project determine who’s best to make it happen?
